Terms of Service
Welcome to DrizzleScoop! By downloading, accessing, or playing our game (“DrizzleScoop”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License to Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use DrizzleScoop on your personal device for entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the Game without our written consent.
2. In-Game Rules & Conduct
You agree to:
- Respect other players (if any social feature added in future).
- Not exploit bugs, cheats, or automation software to gain unfair advantages.
- Not attempt to disrupt servers or interfere with other users' gameplay.
- Play fairly and enjoy the ice-cream stacking experience!
Violation may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the game.
3. Virtual Items & Purchases
DrizzleScoop is currently free to play without any mandatory purchases. If we later introduce optional virtual currency or cosmetics (“Scoop Coins” or “Sprinkles”), those items are licensed, not owned, and cannot be exchanged for real money. All sales are final where permitted by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in DrizzleScoop — including but not limited to characters, art, music, sound effects, code, game design, and “DrizzleScoop” trademark — is owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized copying or streaming for commercial use is prohibited without prior authorization.
5. User-Generated Content
If you share feedback, suggestions, or fan art with us, you grant DrizzleScoop a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and implement such ideas without compensation. However, we will always try to credit creative contributions where appropriate.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms. You may also stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that DrizzleScoop will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You assume all risks associated with using the Game.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrizzleScoop and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court in Santa Clara County, California.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via an in-game notice or on this page. Continuing to play after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
